Objectives : 

Participants will be able to learn : 

- The anatomy and physiology involved in episiotomy and perineal trauma 

-Evidence based medicine related to normal vaginal birth and perineal trauma 

- The risk factors and minimizing perineal trauma injuries 

- Perform how to take care of patient in post partum period 

- How to distinguish the different types of sutures 

-The best method and suture of episiotomy , third and fourth degree tear repair with post operative management 

-After observing the video and demonstration on models, each participants will have necessary experience in repairing fourth degree tear on the cow-anal sphincter
