Course Objective :

• Understand the foundations of preceptorship and membership
• Reinforce principles of adult learning and provide assistance in understanding the educators challenges
• Define the preceptorship and mentorship process
• Evaluate and rectify with solutions for problematic preceptees
• Describe the roles and responsibilities of preceptorship mentorship program
• Introduce knowledge pertaining to skillful communication and be aware pf cultural and general differences
• Incorporate clinical reasoning skills during their practices as preceptors and mentors
• Provide competency assessment skills and have knowledge in understanding how to integrate clinical reasoning skills
• Enhance the preceptees / mentees new role through the role play incorporate in the program
• Psychologically and mentally prepare them to enhance coping mechanism
