- Identify and utilize the techniques of physical exam
- Apply physical examination techniques in an appropriate manner for each of the major body systems 
- Perform a complete structured physcial examination for all systems 
- Identify normal and common abnormal findings encountered while conducting a patient examination 
- Describe abnormal findings in a patient with pressure ulcer and express proper stage 
- Document findings in a clear concise manner
