The course will strongly
1. Build solid basic and advance knowledge in the management of Healthcare patiients based on evidence 
2. Enhance participants' clinical competencies 
3. Expose participants to real Home health visits
4. Support participants to recognize morals and ethics in managing home health care patients 
5. Prepare participants on leadership and practical supervisory skills
