Course Background :

ACLS courses are designed to enhance the healthcare professional's ability to treat and manage, as a team, adult patient during cardiac arrest, direct team members during resuscitation and manage the patient in the immediate post resuscitation phase.

The course will provide the participants with the most up-to-date  information and protocols for Acute Cardiac Care and Advanced Life Support in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the American Heart Association (AHA).

Objectives :  Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

1. Demonstrate  the concepts and the principles of airway management 

2. Recognized and appropriately manage non-lethal arrythmias & lethal cardiac dysrhytmias 

3. Demonstrate competency with defibrillation and cardioversion
