 Course Objectives:

•  At the end of the course the learner will be able to :
• Discuss the importance of simulation to clinical practice.
• Conduct needs analysis using different methods.
• Develop learning objectives / outcomes for simulation scenarios
• Develop and efficiently implement simulation scenarios that will advance clinical practice 
• Use different methods of debriefing to debrief their learners after simulation

Target Audiences : Healthcare professional who is new to adult learning and teaching simlation or would like to enhance their skills to create a more meaningful experience for their learners .
